HUBEA 
1/2 c. oil
1 lb. lamb, cubed
3 lbs. green beans, cut in half, fresh or frozen
1 med. onionsm. can whole tomatoes
3 tbsp. salt
2 tbsp. pepper
1 c. hot water

Brown meat and onions on low fire; add string beans and 1 cup hot water. Stir; add tomatoes, spices, simmer until tender, about 45 minutes.
