BLACK PEPPER PATTIES 
1 pkg. (about 1 lb.) Louis Rich Fresh Ground Turkey
1 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1 tsp. coarse ground black pepper

SAUCE:

1 lg. tomato, chopped
1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt
1 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley

Mix turkey, bouillon and thyme in bowl. Shape into four 4 inch patties. Sprinkle black pepper on patties (about 1/8 teaspoon per side), lightly pressing black pepper into turkey. Cook turkey in nonstick skillet over medium heat about 12 minutes or until no longer pink, turning occasionally.

Meanwhile, mix sauce ingredients in small bowl. Serve cold sauce over turkey patties. Makes 4 servings.
