HOT-N-SPICY BLACK EYED PEAS 
32 oz. bag dry black eye peas, cooked according to pkg. directions
1 bell pepper, diced
1/2 tsp. Tabasco
2 tbsp. hot taco sauce
1/2 lb. sliced pepperoni
1 onion, diced

Combine all in large Dutch oven. Simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
