PEANUT BUTTER ICE CREAM 
3 egg yolks
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk - not evaporated
1/2 c. peanut butter, smooth or crunchy
2 tbsp. water
1 pt. whipping cream, whipped

In a large mixing bowl, beat egg yolks well, add condensed milk, mixing well. Do not beat. Add peanut butter and water. FOLD in well whipped cream. Pour into 1 1/2 quart container with lid. Cover and freeze. This takes 8 to 10 hours. Mama has a Tupperware bowl that holds this amount just fine.
