FRUIT PIZZA 
12 oz. roll sugar cookie dough

Press evenly over pizza pan. Bake according to directions and cool, usually 350 degrees for 11 minutes or longer.

8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix and spread over crust.

Arrange fruits in design over top. (Kiwi, strawberries, bananas, dipped in lemon juice, peaches, etc.) Drain all frozen or canned fruits well.

GLAZE:

2/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. orange juice

Bring to boil and boil 1 minute. Let cool 5 minutes. Pour over fruit and refrigerate.
