STUFFED ZUCCHINI 
1 extra lg. zucchini for stuffing, seeds removed, cut lengthwise in half
1 lb. Italian sausage
1 sm. onion, diced
1 green pepper, diced
Salt and pepper to taste

Wash zucchini and remove all seeds. Fry sausage, onion, and pepper until done. Stuff the zucchini that is cut lengthwise in half. Stuff both halves. Bake on a cookie sheet lightly sprayed with Pam or greased. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until done. Serve with buttered pasta.
