APPLE DUMPLINGS 
9x13 inch baking dish
Use 8 Granny Smith or Winesap apples
1 pkg. of Pillsbury All Ready Pie Crusts (found in the dairy case)

Peel and core apples. Divide each pie crust pouch into fourths, stretch a little. Place peeled and cored apple onto each pie crust. Sprinkle with teaspoon sugar, little cinnamon, tablespoon butter. Press crust around each apple and seal at the top. Place in greased baking dish.

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3 tbsp. butter

Mix, bring to boil, then add butter and pour over apples. Bake 375 degrees for about 35 minutes or until apples are tender.
