CHICKEN ALMONDINE 
6 chicken breasts
Salt, pepper & paprika
1 sm. can mushrooms
1/4 c. cooking sherry
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tbsp. rosemary
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. slivered almonds
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 stick butter

Place chicken in baking dish. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika. In another pan, melt butter and add all other ingredients and pour over chicken. Cook 1 hour and 15 minutes in 350 degree oven. Can serve over rice.
