MEXICAN PIE (MAIN DISH) 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
16 oz. sour cream
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
1 pkg. crescent rolls (8)
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1 pkg. taco seasoning

Put rolls in bottom of 13 by 9 inch pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 to 375 degrees. Brown hamburger and drain, add taco seasoning and beans. Spread over crust, bake for 15 minutes. Shred cheese and mix with sour cream. Spread over meat and bake for 10 minutes. May garnish with lettuce, tomatoes and salsa.
