1 1/2 c. sugar
Pet cream
1/2 stick butter
1 can crushed pineapple, drained

Cook sugar that has been dampened good with Pet cream and butter. Cook to soft ball stage, stirring most of the time. Remove from heat and beat sugar until almost hard. Add drained pineapple and stir. Will ice a 2 layer cake.
