1 can evaporated milk
1 can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. sugar
Juice of 1/2 lemon

Chill all ingredients thoroughly. Add lemon juice to chilled milk and whip until stiff, then add sugar slowly and crushed pineapple (small can). Mix all well and put in refrigerator tray to freeze.
