MICRO-POLYNESIAN CHICKEN 
1 lb. skinless chicken breast
1/2 med. green pepper, chunked
1/2 med. red pepper, chunked
1 2/c. diagonally cut celery
1 med. onion, cut in eighths
1 c. snow pea pods
1 jar Heinz homestyle mushroom gravy
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 (8 oz.) can chunk pineapple
Hot cooked rice

Cut chicken in 1/2 inch strips. Cook on high in 2-quart covered casserole, 4 to 5 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove chicken, set aside, discard juices.

In same casserole, combine green pepper, and next 4 ingredients. Cover, cook 4 to 5 minutes on high or until vegetables are tender crisp. Drain.

Combine gravy and soy sauce, stir into vegetables. Return chicken to casserole, add pineapple. Cover, microwave 5 to 6 minutes or until heated. Serve over rice. Makes 4 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
