RITA'S ORANGE GLAZED MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 c. crushed ginger snaps
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/3 c. evaporated milk
2 tbsp. original Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ground allspice
Orange Glaze (recipe follows)

Combine beef with remaining ingredients except orange glaze in a large bowl. Shape mat into 9 x 5 inch loaf pan. Bake loaf in preheated 350 degree oven 45 minutes. Brush orange glaze over meat loaf; bake 15 minutes longer.

ORANGE GLAZE:

1/3 c. orange marmalade
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. original Worcestershire sauce

Combine all ingredients in sauce pan. Heat gently for 2 minutes.
