HOT PEPPER PIE 
4-6 jalapeno peppers, finely chopped
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
4 eggs, beaten

Lightly grease an 8"x8" pan. Sprinkle cheese over the peppers and pour beaten eggs over cheese. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Cut into squares and serve hot. Also great for a Sunday morning brunch.
