ICE BOX CHEESE CAKE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. flavor (vanilla)
1/3 c. lemon juice
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 (9") graham cracker pie shell

Let cream cheese soften and empty into mixing bowl. Gradually add lemon juice and mix well on the medium setting. Add 1 can condensed Eagle Brand milk and flavor. Mix until creamy. Pour into pie shell and chill in refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours. (Optional: top with cherry or blueberry pie filling or strawberries.)
