CLAM DIP 
4 cans chopped clams with juice
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 sticks butter
1 lg. onion, chopped
6 to 8 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp. parsley
2 tbsp. oregano
1 to 2 c. of flavored bread crumbs

1. Saute' onions until soft in butter.

2. Add clams with juice and lemon juice, parsley, garlic and oregano

3. Add remaining ingredients, bread crumbs, 1 to 2 cups according to desired taste and consistency.

4. Pour into loaf pan and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes (top with cheese, if desired, halfway through baking).
