LAYERED SALAD 
2 c. lettuce, torn
1 c. broccoli, chopped
1 cucumber, sliced
1 c. cauliflower, chopped
1 c. carrots, sliced
1/2 c. celery, sliced
1 tomatoes, chopped
1/2 c. cheese, shredded
1/4 c. bacon bits
Mayonnaise
Sugar

Layer vegetables and sprinkle on bacon bits. Put a layer of mayonnaise, then sprinkle a light layer of sugar on. Cover dish. Leave overnight or 8 hours. Stir before served.
