CARROT CAKE 
1 spice cake mix
1 1/4 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
3 eggs
1/4 c. cold water
2 c. finely shredded carrots
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 tsp. vanilla

FROSTING:

1 sm. pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. butter
Powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine cake mix and all other ingredients. Mix medium speed until well blended. Pour into greased and floured 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
