FISH FILLETS 
2 lbs. fish fillets
3/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 egg
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. beer
Cooking oil

Place flour in a deep bowl. Beat egg until frothy. Add salt and beer. Combine liquids with flour, beat until free of lumps. Coat each fish fillet separately when ready to fry. Deep fry until light and brown in oil. Serve hot with lemon slices.
