COLD CUCUMBER SOUP 
4 lg. cukes
1 can Campbell's chicken broth (no water)
1/2 dozen scallions, chopped
Cayenne
Tabasco
Salt & pepper
2 cans cream of potato soup
1/2 pt. heavy cream (or less)

Blend peeled, seeded cukes. Add chicken broth, scallions, cayenne, Tabasco, and salt and pepper. Before serving, stir in potato soup and cream.
