FLUFFY JELLO SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. sugar
1 sm. Cool Whip
3/4 lb. cottage cheese

Mix pineapple (do not drain) and Jello and bring to boil. Add sugar and stir until sugar dissolves. Chill until mixture thickens and begins to set. Add Cool Whip and cottage cheese. Pour into bowl or mold. Chill for 4 to 5 hours.
