2 c. crushed strawberries
4 c. sugar
1 box Sure Jell pectin
Stir sugar into fruit and set aside for 10 minutes. Mix 3/4 cup water and 1 box Sure Jell pectin in small saucepan. Bring mixture to full rolling boil over high heat. Stir constantly, then continue boiling for 1 minute. Stir Sure Jell pectin mixture into fruit. Stir constantly for 3 minutes. Fill all containers immediately to 1/2 inch of tops. Wipe off tops of containers and quickly cover with lids. Cool for 24 hours at room temperature. Store in freezer.
