TANGY CREAMED TURKEY 
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 lb. mushrooms, diced
1/4 c. diced green pepper
1/2 c. diced onion
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. plain yogurt
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. diced cooked turkey
1 c. cooked green peas

Melt butter in saucepan. Add mushrooms, green pepper and onion; saute until tender. Add mayonnaise, yogurt and salt; bring to simmer. Add turkey and peas. Heat through. Serve over rice.
