FRUIT PIZZA 
1 (12") uncooked pizza crust
2 c. cottage cheese
2 c. fruit
Cinnamon
1/4 c. brown sugar

Prepare pizza crust for topping. Puree cottage cheese in blender until it is smooth. Spread smoothly on top of pizza crust, leaving a little rim of crust around edge. Top with fruit, making a design if you wish. Sprinkle with cinnamon and brown sugar. Bake in preheated 450 degree oven for about 5 minutes until crust is browned. Makes 1 (12") pizza, or 6 servings.
