RAINBOW SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. of 2 flavors of Jello, your choice
1/2 lb. marshmallows, either size
3 oz. cream cheese
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
1 c. cream, whipped

Make up first package Jello and place in 9x9 inch pan until set. Make up second package Jello. Chill until it begins to thicken.

Melt cream cheese and marshmallows until smooth. Add pineapple and cool. Fold in whipped cream and place over first layer.

Pour thickened second flavor of Jello over all. Chill until set.

Choose Jello's according to time of year -- red and green for Christmas, both reds for Valentine's, yellow and green for St. Patrick's, etc.
