JELLO LAYERED MOLD RAINBOW SALAD | |
2 boxes cherry Jello 2 boxes lime Jello FILLING: 1 pt. sour cream 1 pt. sweet heavy cream 2 tsp. vanilla 2 env. Knox unflavored Jello 1/2 c. sugar Make cherry Jello as per directions on box, chill until form. Make filling next. Put sweet cream in a double boiler add 2 packages of unflavored Jello, stir until dissolved. Remove from heat, add 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla stir until it dissolves. When slightly cooled add sour cream and mix well. Pour over the firmed cherry Jello. Wait until this is firm before adding the last layer of lime Jello. make lime Jello as per directions on box. Cool and spread as final layer. |
