CHOP SUEY 
2 lb. lean pork, diced
1 sm. can tomato juice
1 lg. bunch diced celery
1 lg. onion, diced
1 can bean sprouts
4 tbsp. soy sauce
1 sm. can mushrooms, optional
Salt & pepper to taste

Combine tomato juice, celery and onions in large kettle to boil. Fry pork until brown in skillet. Add to vegetables. Cook 1 hour. Add bean sprouts and soy sauce, salt and pepper. Thicken if necessary with 2 tablespoons flour. Serve with rice or noodles.
