SPICY COUNTRY FRIED CHICKEN 
1 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. paprika
1 (2 1/2-3 lb.) fryer, cut up, skinned
Vegetable oil

Combine dry ingredients in plastic bag. Shake to mix and set aside. Combine milk and egg; mix well. Place 2-3 pieces chicken in bag; shake well. Dip in egg mixture, return to bag and shake again. Repeat with remaining chicken. In large skillet, heat 1 inch oil to 325 degrees. Fry chicken 30-35 minutes, turning once. Drain on paper towels.
