SHRIMP & SCALLOP LINGUINI 
1 lb. scallops
1 lb. lg. shrimp, shelled
1 lg. red bell pepper, sliced
1 tbsp. dried leaf basil
2 tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Lemon slices (garnish)
1 handful snow peas
4 cloves minced garlic
1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
1/2 tsp. ground pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
11 oz. linguini, cooked & drained

Melt butter in large skillet, saute garlic 1 minute. Add shrimp, scallops, red pepper slices, snow peas, basil, parsley, salt and pepper. Saute 2 to 3 minutes until shrimp are tender. Serve over linguini. Garnish with lemon slices and sprig of parsley. Serves 6.
