DOROTHY (WARHOOVER) CLARK'S
POTATO CHIP COOKIES
 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. crumbled potato chips
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
2 or 3 drops of vanilla

Cream butter and sugar. Add other ingredients. Drop by teaspoonful on baking sheet. UNGREASED. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar, hot from the oven. Sprinkle again with confectioners' sugar after they are cool.
