MOLDED AVOCADO SALAD 
1 lg. avocado or 2 med. size avocados
1 pkg. lime Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 c. whipped cream
1 pinch salt

1. Dissolve Jello in water.

2. Add salt and lemon juice.

3. Chill Jello, salt and lemon juice until syrupy.

4. Add mayonnaise, mashed avocados and whip until smooth.

5. Add celery and nuts.

6. Fold in whipped cream.

7. Pour into a 1 quart mold and refrigerate until firm. Serve with grapefruit sections.
