1 pkg. (3 oz.) lime Jello
1/2 c. hot water
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. cream, whipped
1 avocado, cut in fine pieces

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add juice drained from pineapple. When slightly thickened, beat. Fold in other ingredients. I have added a small can of shrimp to this for a luncheon dish and it is very good.
