1 pkg. lime Jello
1/2 c. hot water
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1-2 avocados, diced
1 c. evaporated milk, chilled & whipped

Dissolve Jello in hot water. Add pineapple, salt, lemon juice and mayonnaise. Fold whipped evaporated milk into above mixture with avocados. Chill to set. Cut into squares.
