1/2 c. boiling water
1 pkg. lime Jello
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. whipped cream (or Cool Whip)
1 avocado, mashed or chopped fine

Add boiling water to Jello and dissolve. Add salt, pineapple and lemon juice. Let cool until begins to set, then add mayonnaise. Fold in whipped cream and lastly fold in avocado.
