AVOCADO RING 
2 env. plain gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
1 1/4 c. hot water
6 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. grated onion
2 1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of Tabasco sauce
3 c. sieved avocados
3/4 c. mayonnaise

Soften gelatin in cold water. Dissolve in hot water. Blend in lemon juice, onion, salt, Tabasco sauce, and cool. Prepare avocados. Blend in cooled gelatin; pour into oiled ring. Refrigerate until firm. Unmold and garnish as desired.
