BROCCOLI CHEESE CHICKEN 
1 tbsp. butter
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb.)
1 can Campbell's broccoli cheese soup
1/3 c. water or milk
2 c. broccoli flowerets
1/8 tsp. pepper (optional)

Melt butter in skillet until hot. Cook chicken over medium heat in hot butter about 10 minutes or until brown on both sides. Spoon off excess fat. Stir in rest of ingredients and heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low and over. Simmer 10 minutes or until chicken is fork tender and broccoli is done, stirring occasionally. Makes 4 servings.
