MIXED VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen mixed vegetables
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. mayonnaise or 1 can mushroom soup
1 onion
Bread crumbs

Cook vegetables until done, drain. Add cheese, onion, mayonnaise or mushroom soup, mix. Place in casserole dish, top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees until browned.
