MIXED VEGETABLE AND PASTA SALAD 
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen vegetables (Fiesta Blend, mixed, etc.)
1 c. spiral noodles
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans
Chopped onion
Chopped celery

DRESSING:

3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Place frozen vegetables, kidney beans, onion and celery in a bowl. Cook the noodles as directed on the package. Drain and put with the vegetables. In a saucepan combine all of the dressing ingredients and cook until boiling or until the sugar is dissolved. Pour over the vegetables. Stir until it is mixed well and refrigerate for several hours.
