APPLE 'N CREAM | |
1 graham cracker ready-to-use crust 1 (20 oz.) can pie-sliced apples, drained thoroughly 1 tbsp. vanilla 1/2 c. pecans, coarsely chopped (optional) 1/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. flour 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 2 c. sour cream 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 2 tbsp. sugar Mix sugar, flour, 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon together and sprinkle 2/3 of mixture over bottom of crust. Spoon apples and pecans over dry mixture. Cover with remainder of dry ingredients. Mix vanilla and sour cream and spread over apple- dry mixture. Mix sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, sprinkle over sour cream. Bake for 15 minutes in 450 degree oven. Serve warm. |
