APPLE DUMP CAKE | |
1 can apple pie filling (mashed) 1 c. oil 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. vanilla 2 eggs 2 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 1 c. chopped nuts FROSTING: 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 stick butter, softened 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar Mix dry ingredients together and set aside. Mix eggs, oil and vanilla; add to dry ingredients. Mix well. Add mashed pie filling and nuts. Put in 13 x 9- inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. For Frosting: Beat cream cheese and butter; add vanilla and powdered sugar. Beat until smooth. For thicker frosting, add more sugar. |
