1 lb. braunschweiger
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
3 tbsp. grated onion
1 hard cooked egg - chopped fine
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Shape into a ball. Wrap and chill in refrigerator for several hours. Before serving allow to stand at room temperature 15 minutes for proper spreading consistency.
