LIME CREAM SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 c. cold evaporated milk or light cream (or 1 (15 oz.) can drained pineapple juice to make 2 c.)
1 c. chopped celery
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. chopped pecans, optional

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add milk. Fold in other ingredients after partially thickened.
