CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE 
1 c. cooked white rice
1 med. bell pepper, diced
1/2 stick butter
4 to 6 pieces chicken, cooked and deboned
1 c. cooked yellow rice
1 med. onion, diced
1/2 c. chicken broth

Combine all ingredients in a 2-quart casserole. Cook in microwave 5 or 66 minutes and serve.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
