FROZEN STRAWBERRY JAM 
Thaw 2 (10 oz.) packages frozen strawberries. Put through food mill or mash. Add 3 1/2 cups sugar; mix well. Let stand 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

When sugar has dissolved add 1/2 (6 oz.) bottle liquid fruit pectin, stir 3 minutes. Ladle into jelly glasses, pint jars or freezer containers. Cover and let stand 24 hours or until set. Seal with paraffin. Makes 4 (1/2 pint) jars.

Store up to 6 weeks in the refrigerator or up to 1 year in the freezer.
