GRAPENUT PUDDING 
3/4 c. Grapenuts
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs, well beaten
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. nutmeg or cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
Raisins (optional)

In small pan melt butter. Add Grapenuts. Beat sugar and egg in separate bowl. Add Grapenut mixture and the rest of the ingredients. Sprinkle cinnamon or nutmeg on top. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan 1/4 full of water. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Stir and bake 20 more minutes.
