GRAPENUT PUFF PUDDING 
1/2 c. butter
2 c. sugar
4 egg yolks, well beaten
4 tbsp. flour
6 tbsp. Grapenuts
2 c. milk
Juice of 2 lemons
4 egg whites, stiffly beaten

Cream butter and sugar well. Add egg yolks, flour, Grapenuts, milk and lemon juice. Fold in egg whites. Pour into greased baking dish and place in pan of hot water. Bake at 375 degrees for 60 minutes. Top with whipped cream.
