GRAPENUT PUDDING 
1 pt. milk
1/2 c. Grapenuts
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Scald the milk; pour over the Grapenuts and let stand 10 minutes. Beat eggs well and add the sugar, salt and vanilla; beat again. Pour this over the Grapenut mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until a silver knife inserted comes out clean. (Use 1-quart Pyrex dish.)
