GRAPENUT PUDDING 
2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Grapenuts

Beat egg and sugar, salt and vanilla until light. Add milk and Grapenuts. Pour into greased 1 quart casserole (Corning) square dish. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Set dish in pan with 1 inch of water. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
