GRAPENUT PUDDING 
3/4 c. Grapenuts
2 1/2 c. milk
3 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla & nutmeg

Bring milk and Grapenuts to boil, remove from stove. Beat eggs. Add sugar and vanilla. Slowly add to milk and stir. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Pour into 1 1/2 quart casserole and put in pan of hot water. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
