GRAPENUT PUDDING 
4 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 c. grapenuts
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt

Heat the milk and soak the grapenuts in the milk while mixing the next ingredients. Bet the eggs, add the sugar and vanilla then add this mixture to the milk and grapenuts. Pour into a baking dish and set the baking dish in a larger pan with an inch of water in the bottom. Bake at 350 degrees until knife inserted in the middle comes out clean.
